Leave the room through the open door on the right, go right down the corridor and down the stairs. Once inside the bedroom after the cutscene has finished you will be able to move about. Upon arrival to Wright Manor a cutscene will begin to play. When the map displays at the end of the cutscene, travel to the only place available "Wright Manor". Wakefield and Kaufmann followed the only clue they had on Devitt's location: the recipient of Anthony's disturbing letter, Alexandre Du Pré. Doctor Wakefield and Kaufmann pay a visit to eccentric Professor Wright, whose research may cast some light over the strange events they have witnessed so far.
